The DGRX Token is a utility token and serves as a means of exchange in the DGRX online shop. With the token, you gain access to products, services, and other offerings around the DESERTGREENER economy. The aim is to build a strong community through the webshop and the token, which carries and popularizes DESERTGREENER to the world. In addition to consumer goods, ticketing, and travel services, reward options (premiums, airdrops) and rewards - digital or physical - are also available. The community currently already has over 7,500 members.

The DGRX Token is offered and issued by DGRX Sales GmbH. DGRX Sales GmbH is a properly registered limited liability company in Austria. The company is 100% owned by KLIMATES AG in Switzerland. All decisions are made and the fortunes of the company are controlled at the headquarters of KLIMATES AG. The company is deliberately kept lean so that as many funds as possible from the sales can flow into the development of DESERTGREENER and the community.

After successful, free registration, you can purchase the DGRX token in the DESERTGREENER back office of DGRX Sales GmbH. A selection of different token packages is available.

The DGRX Token enables the exclusive purchase of products and services in the online shop of the DESERTGREENER economy. DGRX Sales GmbH uses the revenue from token sales, shop sales, consulting services, and marketing to acquire stakes of up to 24% in Seawater BV GmbH - the company that holds the worldwide general licenses, patents, and rights to DESERTGREENER technology. The acquisition of the stake is transparently visible in the company register (e.g. on firmenabc.at).

DGRX Tokens can be purchased from the age of 18. Currently, purchases are possible in the following countries:

By purchasing DGRX Tokens, you do not acquire any asset rights. The token is purely a utility token, with which products and services can be purchased.

In the parent company of the overall project, to which the DGRX Sales GmbH is involved up to 24% and economically participates in the results, only the original project operators have a say. This regulation serves the secrecy of technology and the consistent implementation of the original project goals.

Yes, your tokens are inheritable. However, it is important that you take the necessary precautions to ensure that in the event of inheritance, it is clearly regulated who has the claims to the tokens. We recommend officially registering the corresponding heirs and, if necessary, seeking legal advice to correctly create and deposit all necessary documents and provisions.

Our goal is to offer the DGRX token on the secondary market as soon as 380,000,000 tokens are in circulation. Such a secondary market could be an established cryptocurrency exchange like Binance or Kraken. You can track the current progress regarding the sold tokens as a registered customer or tipster in our back office.

In the initial phase of the project, to control the tradable quantity and stabilize the sales price, we introduced an initial token lock. Through the token lock and the simultaneous transfer to the public blockchain (Smart Contract), we aim to ensure stability and strengthen the trust of token buyers. Once the DGRX token is tradable on the secondary market, 10% of the available tokens will be released monthly. Thus, every token holder will have full availability of their tokens at the latest within 10 months after listing.

The issue price is in Euro and is calculated on the basis of the technology value (valuation in regard to the DESERTGREENER and/or the corporate valuation of Seawater BV GmbH based on their business plan) and is determined by the management.

The DGRX Token does not come with a value guarantee. It is considered as a key and access to the products and services of the DESERTGREENER economy.

The token is currently not publicly tradable. A later tradability after migration to the public Ethereum blockchain over the course of 2026 is aimed for.

In the current stage (Token-Voucher), it is not possible to directly transfer or gift. Token-Vouchers are sold exclusively to registered and identified persons (KYC). Therefore, it is not possible to deposit for another person - not even as a gift. A transfer will only be possible once the token is on the public Ethereum blockchain as an ERC-20 token. We cannot prevent the sharing of wallet access data, but we strongly advise against it.

Our goal is to offer the DGRX token on the secondary market as soon as 380,000,000 tokens or tokens worth 38 million euros are in circulation. Such a secondary market could be an established cryptocurrency exchange like Binance or Kraken. As a registered customer or referrer (affiliate partner), you can track the current progress in the back office. A buy-back from DGRX Sales GmbH is not possible under any circumstances.

Approximately 65% of the proceeds go towards the acquisition of shares in Seawater BV GmbH, which will participate in all future revenues from the DESERTGREENER project. Up to 25% is used for marketing and sales of the offers by DGRX Sales GmbH. 10% remain for operating costs (e.g. webshop, payment transactions, billing systems, token programming, legal advice, administration, fees etc.).

For each token sold, we acquire an equivalent of a share in Seawater BV GmbH from an existing shareholder. The share purchase is legally secured through an option agreement. DGRX Sales GmbH can acquire up to 24% once 95% of a billion tokens are sold. This occurs incrementally (step by step) and is also legally secured.

The share purchases secure future income for DGRX Sales GmbH, as soon as DESERTGREENER is successful. With these revenues, products and services will be offered in the shop. At the same time, community building is promoted: All token buyers receive rewards and incentives (e.g., airdrops of additional DGRX tokens). The amount of the rewards is calculated and determined based on the inflows at the DGRX Sales GmbH. Community building and rewarding the token buyers are our top priority.

Yes, there is an agreement that guarantees distributions and distribution intentions. However, these are at the discretion and extent of the operating and owning companies of the DESERTGREENER and must not interfere with their operation.

We see that there is a risk of not being listed for all private sector companies – including crypto exchanges. However, we are confident for several reasons: The DGRX Utility Token is MiCAR-notified and regulation-compliant – a characteristic that is special among the currently over 35 million existing tokens. Our service provider and developer in the field of tokenization have long-standing experience and direct contacts with crypto exchanges (e.g. Gate.io, Bitpanda, MEXC, Bitmart, Binance). In addition, decentralized trading places (DEX) like Uniswap can be used to open up a secondary market. A fixed budget is already available today for the development of the secondary market.

The token is offered through marketing, PR and an affiliate system (referrer system). The seller is exclusively DGRX Sales GmbH. In the first step, every customer/partner acquires a token voucher, which they can redeem in further steps in a wallet they control. All official advertising materials are marked with DGRX Sales GmbH and only these are decisive.

The Referrer System is a referral marketing system ("customers recruit customers") that rewards the referrer. We have developed an attractive career ladder. The system has been legally reviewed; a legal opinion confirms its admissibility. No. DGRX Sales GmbH does not hold any tokens. Each customer/partner keeps their tokens themselves in their wallet. The tokens displayed in the back office are always token-vouchers or linked to the wallet associated with the customer/partner. We are legally not allowed to hold tokens and this would require a corresponding license.

We provide you with a free wallet at wallet.desertgreener.io. Each customer/partner opens the wallet themselves. We do not know the access data. There, you will receive your personal wallet address. The tokens are transferred to this address when the token voucher is redeemed. The wallet will play a central role in the future, as soon as the token is migrated to the public chain. Only from there can tokens be sent to any ERC-20-compatible addresses.

You can redeem your token vouchers in your personal wallet. To do this, open your wallet at wallet.desertgreener.io. Connect the wallet address displayed there with the back office of DGRX Sales GmbH, so that the tokens can be delivered to you.

The token vouchers are always created with the first purchase of a new user. Only the first 5% of the tokens were issued for the team without a purchase process. All further 95% of all tokens are tied to a first sale. If the sale were to stop today, no further tokens would be issued.

Tokens that are used in the webshop serve DGRX Sales GmbH for the provision of products and to cover costs. In addition, they can be used to incentivize the community. A re-entry of these tokens into direct sales is currently not planned.

In the coming decades, humanity will need a doubling of the water supply. This massive task can only be accomplished on a large scale by DESERTGREENER technology. There are about a dozen countries that want the first pilot project, but we will limit ourselves to three locations in the EU in the first phase, the Canary Islands, southern Spain and Cyprus.

The centerpiece of the first pilot plant is currently accessible for viewing in Austria. There, the technology can be observed live using the patented processes. The complete first pilot plant is scheduled to start operations in Cyprus in April/May 2026 (subject to the current global political situation).

The migration of the DGRX tokens to the public Ethereum blockchain (Public Chain) is to be completed over the course of 2026 - realistically in the 4th quarter of 2026.
